Last night I was trying to get a copy of a show that my Son was on, but was having lots of issues. I tried at least 5 different pieces of software and stayed up till 2am, my usual bed time is 10 because I’m getting old. I tried things like coojah (that was the worst of them, HiDownload, URL Snooper, Orbit, a couple of firefox plugins, and a bunch of screen capture utilities that didn’t do anything bu frustrate me. The issue was that the flv stream seemed to be hidden so I was unable to view where the flv was being streamed from, the embedded flash was being hosted on brightcove. Anyways, after hours of searching, I had maybe 10 hours before the removed the video, I found a great program, StreamTransport. This software was magic. It was the only software that was able to find the hidden stream and download it. This program can be downloaded from here http://www.streamtransport.com/.
